We do not accept returns or exchanges on our earrings. However, if your earrings break as a result of a flaw in their design, we will happily send a replacement if it is within two weeks of your purchase date.

If they get lint or dirt on them, it is safe to lightly clean with a soft, damp cloth — earrings should never be immersed in water. Although the earrings are durable and flexible, we do not recommend bending the earrings as they can be damaged.
