We do not accept returns or exchanges on our earrings. However, if your earrings break as a result of a flaw in their design, we will happily send a replacement if it is within two weeks of your purchase date.

Polymer clay is lightweight and durable. However, your jewelry should be handled with care. It is important that you do not bend your earrings.

Please avoid immersing your earrings in water. If your earrings need cleaning, please use a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt from your jewelry.

It is important to avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, or other chemicals. Contact with these products may impact the color and vibrancy of your clay.

Safely store to avoid scratches or damage to your jewelry.
